SCOPE
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by us, through our websites, mobile applications and any other services or interfaces owned or controlled by Andala Labs that post a link to this privacy policy (each a “Service” and together, the “Services”). Andala respects your online privacy.Please read our entire privacy policy carefully before using Andala. By using Andala, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our privacy policy in its entirety, and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to any of the terms contained in our privacy policy, please refrain from using Andala or disclosing personal information. If you are a parent of legal guardian of a minor (i.e., a person under the age of 18), you understand and acknowledge that the use of the Service by such minor is subject of our privacy policy.

The CCPA provides California residents with the right to know what categories of personal information Andala Labs has collected about them and whether Andala Labs disclosed that personal information for a business purpose (e.g., to a service provider) in the preceding twelve mo “Sales” of Personal Information under the CCPA. For purposes of the CCPA, Andala Labs does not “sell” personal information, nor do we have actual knowledge of any “sale” of personal information of minors under 16 years of age. California residents have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of their rights conferred by the CCPA. Authorized Agent.
